Shipping & Returns
Shipping - Delivery date is based on the shipping option/provider you choose at checkout, and that information may appear on the shipping quote page. Please note that it may take longer for items in our 'Formal/Made to Order' collection to ship. Please contact Customer Service if you need your order sooner.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell may be weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Policy - You can request a return within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition; unworn, untagged and unwashed. You should expect to receive your refund within 3-7 business days after it has been delivered to us, depending on your payment processing company. If you paid shipping costs on your order, the original shipping amount is non-refundable. If your order shipped for free, a flat rate of $6.99 will be deducted on your return. This amount will be waived if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). This amount could be less, depending on the item ordered, and the weight.

This return policy applies only to orders placed on styleliz.com. For orders placed through Zulily, Jane, Groopdealz, etc, please contact their Customer Support. Returns are FREE. Once you request a return, and approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label in your email.
Returns are not ACCEPTED on CUSTOM MADE items.
